YBP Brand creates thoughtfully designed apparel inspired by culture, confidence, and individuality. Many of our products are made to order, allowing us to reduce waste while delivering unique collections produced specifically for our customers.


Do you restock sold-out items?

Some Signature Collection pieces may return, while many seasonal, limited-edition, or collaboration products may not be restocked. We recommend purchasing limited collections while they're available.


Are your products unisex?

Some styles are designed specifically for men or women, while others offer a relaxed unisex fit. Please review the product description and size chart for each item.


Where are your products made?

YBP Brand partners with trusted production facilities to manufacture our products. Manufacturing locations may vary depending on the item.


Size & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes its own size chart whenever available. Because we work with multiple production partners, sizing may vary slightly between products.


Do all products fit the same?

No. Different collections and manufacturers may have different fits. Always review the size chart for the specific product you're purchasing.


What if I'm between sizes?

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order—we're happy to help.


Why don't you accept size exchanges?

Many YBP Brand products are made specifically after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size selection.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–9 business days, including production and shipping.


Why does my order take longer than other online stores?

Many YBP Brand products are made to order rather than sitting in a warehouse. This production process helps reduce waste while allowing us to offer unique designs.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products ship from different production partners. When this happens, your order may arrive in separate shipments.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because many products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color expectations.


What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and work to make it right.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only under limited circumstances, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise that cannot be replaced. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.


Products & Care

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

We strive to represent every product as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color, print placement, and pattern alignment are normal characteristics of made-to-order apparel.


How should I wash my YBP apparel?

For best results:

• Machine wash cold

• Wash inside out

• Use mild detergent

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

• Do not iron directly on printed graphics

Always follow the care instructions included with your specific product.


Why do colors sometimes look different?

Colors can vary slightly due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, mobile screens, and the printing process.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and the secure payment methods offered through Shopify at checkout.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment providers. YBP Brand does not store your complete payment information.


Promotions & Gift Cards

Can I combine discount codes?

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.


Do gift cards expire?

No. YBP Brand gift cards do not expire.
